I’m Kathrin – founder of Kat’s Ceremonials, creative designer and the person behind every single product you find here. I’m so happy you found your way to my website.

Kat’s Ceremonials is more than just a shop. It is a passion project born from planning my own wedding.

While planning my own wedding, I noticed something: there were countless beautiful products, but often nothing really matched. The invitation had a different style from the menu cards, the place cards looked completely different again, and for many small details I had to search for hours or compromise.

I wanted a wedding where everything felt as if it belonged together – harmonious, high-quality and created with great attention to detail. That wish was the beginning of Kat’s Ceremonials.

I started creating designs that could run through the entire wedding, from the first impression with the invitation to welcome signs, seating plans, menu cards, guest favours and many other thoughtful details. I truly believe that it is often the little things that make a special day unforgettable.

A dream that was able to grow during parental leave: Kat’s Ceremonials was created during my parental leave.

At a time when my life had completely changed, the wish to build something of my own grew at the same time – something creative that accompanies people on one of the most beautiful days of their lives.

Every design is created with a great deal of time, patience and attention to detail. Behind every product are many hours of work, countless ideas and the ambition to create something that not only looks beautiful, but becomes part of real memories.

I want to create products that are not merely decorative, but reflect your personality. That is why timeless designs, high-quality materials and cohesive collections matter so much to me. Whether elegant, modern, romantic, Mediterranean or minimalist – every collection tells its own story and can be combined down to the smallest detail.

It is important to me that you do not have to settle for individual pieces, but can find an overall concept that fits you perfectly.

I want to inspire you, share helpful wedding-planning tips and new ideas, and show you that a stylish wedding does not depend on how large the budget is – but on how much care goes into planning it.
